A. Charges for Services
Members are charged for Services provided by Kali92.com. If you pay through a third-party, then the charges and billing terms are as stated by the respective company. Even if you do not pay for some Services, you may still incur charges incidental to using the Services, such as Internet access, mobile text messaging, or other data transmission costs. The price for the Services will include all applicable taxes and charges unless stated otherwise. These taxes and charges are your responsibility. Currency exchange settlements are based on your agreement with your payment method provider. Kali92.com reserves the right to change pricing from time to time, with updates posted on the Website before any new charges are applied. If you do not agree with these changes, you must cancel and stop using the Website before the changes take effect.
B. Payment Method
When you create an account, you must enter your payment method information. You must be authorized to use the payment method. By providing this information, you authorize Kali92.com to charge you for the Services using your payment method and for any paid feature of the Services you choose to sign up for. Kali92.com may bill you for multiple prior billing periods together.
C. Billing Statement
Kali92.com will provide you with an online billing statement accessible through your Member Account. This is the only billing statement provided. If you request a paper copy, Kali92.com may charge you a retrieval fee. Paper copies will only be provided for transactions from the past 120 days. If Kali92.com makes an error on your bill, it will be corrected promptly after you inform us and we investigate the charge. You must inform us of any billing error within 120 days after it first appears on your online statement. If you fail to report the error within this time, Kali92.com will not be obligated to correct the error. Kali92.com can correct billing errors at any time.
D. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Kali92.com membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any charges incurred. Cancellation requests can be made via email on contact@kali92.com. The act of canceling does not constitute an automatic cancellation of your billing. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for that payment. Cancellation requests must include your name, username, and date joined. If any of this information is missing, the cancellation request may not be processed, and you will remain liable for all membership fees until Kali92.com receives the required information. Membership fees are annual for Silver membership and lifetime for Gold membership. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the member or Kali92.com.
E. Termination by Kali92.com
Kali92.com reserves the right to cancel any membership for reasons deemed detrimental to the site, its members, its partners, or its future success. Cancellations performed by Kali92.com are final. Any restitution will be the membership fee paid within the past 30 days, prorated and less a 500.00 RS processing fee.
